How to keep your dreadlocks healthy and growing.

Another thing that you can invest in is a silk pillow sheet. This will further minimise the friction between your locs and any head movements on your pillow. It will also help to protect your locs from “frizzing”.

Keep a basic rule of never going to sleep without protecting your hair.

Develop a hair care routine that will allow you to moisturise, grow, and hydrate your hair.
